The Jeremy Kyle Show is ITV's flagship day-time TV chat show hosted by Jeremy Kyle and produced by Granada Television (Manchester). The Jeremey Kyle show started in 2005 after ITV's morning chat show 'Trisha' moved to Five, and was nominated in the 2007 National Television Awards for "Most Popular Factual Programme" only losing out to BBC's Top Gear. The Jeremy Kyle Show has brought controversy to us since hitting our screens back in 2005, a Manchester District Judge called it a form of "Human Bear-Baiting" after a man head-butted a love rival.
